Family Enrichment and Counselling Service Fredericton Inc. has been helping members of the Greater Fredericton Community since 1974. Our mission is to enrich individuals, families and communities through counselling, education and advocacy. We are a registered charity with an established track record of supporting those in need.
We are inviting you to join our Team of Counselling Professionals as a Contractor. This position has the potential to move to a full-time staff position.
What we offer:

• Flexibility to provide both in-person and virtual counselling
• Administrative services for scheduling and billing
• Access to our case management software
• New client referrals through our Intake Team
• Weekly Therapist Meetings for case consultations
• A team of experienced Therapists willing to share their time and knowledge to ensure your success

You are a great fit if you:

• Believe in the not-for-profit model for Mental Health
• Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, etc.)
• Are registered in good standing with your respective professional body
• Possess a clear criminal record check (dated within a year), including vulnerable sector
• Carry Professional Liability Insurance

Family Enrichment and Counselling Service Fredericton Inc. has been helping members of the Greater Fredericton Community since 1974. Our mission is to enrich individuals, families and communities through counselling, education and advocacy. We are a registered charity with an established track record of supporting those in need.
We are currently seeking volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors beginning in June, 2023.
Our ideal candidate:
• Brings their unique experience to the table (i.e. mental health, finance, human resources, education, etc.)
• Has an understanding of issues related to mental health in the not-for-profit sector
• Is able to attend monthly board meetings
• Is willing to take an active role in maintaining the financial health of our agency through fundraising activities
