Individual Counselling
We offer in-person and virtual (video and telephone) counselling services to individuals ages 12 and up.

Couples Counselling
We offer in-person and virtual (video and telephone) counselling services for couples.

Family Counselling
We offer in-person and virtual (video and telephone) counselling services to families with family members ages 16 and up.

Please note that we do not offer assessments or diagnoses of any kind.

Changing Ways
A psychoeducational group for men who experience issues with their own anger, aggression, or control within adult relationships 
When: Thursdays 3-5 pm, starting September 19th and ending December 5th, 2024

A psychoeducational group for women in difficult adult relationships
